Welcome to Mobile Car Care. By using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Service Overview

Mobile Car Care provides mobile vehicle Wellness-Checks, basic maintenance assessments, minor part replacements and a variety of added service at our customer’s home or office within the Las Vegas metropolitan area and surrounding regions.

Our services are designed for preventative care, safety and convenience and are not intended for in-depth diagnostics or major mechanical repairs.

We are not a mobile car repair service. If during our inspection we determine that a vehicle requires more extensive repairs, we may refer customers to appropriate approved service providers.

Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide our technicians a safe and accessible location for performing our mobile vehicle Wellness-Checks, typically at your home or office. The customer  also responsible for ensuring that our technician has unincumbered access to the vehicle.

All pets and personal property should be secured prior to your technician’s arrival.

All items should be removed from trunk prior to vehicle Wellness-Check.

Items may be omitted from your regularly scheduled service if the technician, at his/her sole discretion, cannot properly access your vehicle to provide services under the terms of this agreement.

“Quick Check” One-Time Wellness-Check

“Quick Care” is a Wellness-Check only and does not include enhanced services, minor repairs and parts replacement. If you wish to have your vehicle check routinely throughout the year, want filters replaced, fluid’s topped off and simple repairs and parts replaced, please review the features of our subscription plans.

Our “Quick Care” 85-point Wellness-Check is preferred by customers considering buying a used car or who simply have one-time concern about the possible safety of a family member’s vehicle.

General

You will receive a digital report via email and in your dashboard reflecting your vehicles condition as at the time of your Wellness-Check.

Mobile Car Care does not assume responsibility for determining the underlying cause of any identified fault or failure. We do not provide repair estimates. Repair work, unless otherwise included in your selected subscription plan, is the customer’s responsibility.

What’s included in your 85-Point Wellness-Check

Safety Checks:

  • Brake Lights, Turn Signals, Reverse Lights Headlights, Hazard Lights, Fog Lights, Running/Panel Lights:
    We check that your vehicle’s lights are in working order. Lights not in working order could be the result of a variety of factors including, but not limited to bulbs, wiring, fuses and other system defects. 
  • Brakes and Rotors
    We do a visual check on your vehicle to ensure there are no obvious issues with your brakes and rotors. This includes grooves, warping and any signs of hard driving or inadequate maintenance.
  • Horn
    We check that your vehicle’s horn is in working order. A horn not in working order could be due to a variety of factors including but not limited to wiring, fuses and other system or hardware defects. 
  • Seat Belts
    We check that all your vehicle’s seatbelts are present and in working order. Seatbelts not in working order could be due to a variety of factors. 
  • Safety related Warning Lights
    We check to ensure that visible safety related warning lights (dashboard lights) are not illuminated. Illuminated lights could be due to a variety of factors, including safety warnings, maintenance alerts and system defects. 
  • Defroster
    We check that your vehicle’s defroster is working order. A defroster not in working order could be due to a variety of factors including but not limited to wiring, fuses and other system or hardware defects. 

Tire Checks

  • Tire PSI, Wear and Damage
    We check your vehicle’s tire depth, tire pressure, manufacture date and general condition. We will look for and report on any obvious defects (tire punctures or other damage, wheel damage, uneven wear and tires over the recommended replacement age). At the time of our Wellness-Check, we will ensure PSI is at the level specified by the vehicle manufacturer. 
  • Lug Nuts
    We will check and tighten lug nuts to the manufacturers online specification at the time of our Wellness-Check.
  • Spare
    Spares are typically found in one of two configurations, a replacement tire or temporary spare (sometimes referred to as a “donut” or “space saver spare”). The replacement tire is checked for presence and, if present, is checked in the same fashion as the tires on the vehicle. Temporary spares are checked only for their presence in the vehicle.

Battery and Filters

  • Battery
    We check your vehicle’s battery voltage using a suitable voltmeter. A battery not in working order could be due to a variety of factors including battery fault (defective cells), defective charging system, poor battery connections and other factors including but not limited to wiring, fuses and other system or hardware defects. 
  • Filters (Air and Cabin)
    We check that you vehicle’s air and cabin filters are present and in what condition. We do not perform filter replacements in the “Quick Check” service. Replacement, if required is the customer’s responsibility.

Fluid Level Checks

  • We check your vehicles fluid levels including oil, brake, engine coolant, hydraulic, power steering, windshield washer and transmission (where “dipstick” is present). We do not top up fluid levels. Free fluid “top up” is included with any monthly plans

Leaks and Belt Checks

  • We check your vehicle’s fluid systems for leaks and visible damage including oil, transmission, braking system, engine coolant system, hydraulic system, windshield washer and exhaust system. 
  • We check your vehicles belts for wear and cracking

Interior Condition

  • Lights (including dome, door and accent lights)
    We check that your vehicle’s lights are in working order. 
  • Upholstery and Carpets
    We check your vehicle for wear, tears, cracks, stains, holes and musty smell. 

Exterior Condition

  • Body Condition
    We check your vehicle for rust, dents, scratches, proper alignment of body panels and obvious damage. 
  • Paint
    We check your vehicle’s paint for mismatched paint colors. 
  • Windows and Mirrors
    We check your vehicle for proper functioning, cracks, chips and discoloration. 

Operational Checks

  • Shocks and Struts
    We check for leakage, mounting and obvious external defects.
  • Steering
    We provide a visual check to determine whether there is “play” or other indication that steering components may not be operating properly.
  • Parking Brake
    We check for proper function.
  • Exhaust System
    We conduct a physical check of your vehicles exhaust system to determine in good working order and no signs of leaks or black grease

Vehicle Test Drive

  • We will perform a short test drive to reasonably assess your vehicle’s functionality. This includes engine performance, steering and handling, transmission shifting, suspension, brakes, air conditioning and heating.

Customer Report:

  • A digital Wellness-Check report with photos, observations and recommendations will be emailed to the customer immediately following the inspection (or as soon as practical).
  • Report is also accessible via your customer dashboard on our website mobilecarcare.com.

“Essential Plan” (monthly subscription)

The Essential Plan is a monthly subscription that includes all components in the “Quick Check”, plus the additional benefits below. Your first Wellness-Check will be scheduled be performed no later than 10 business days from initiating your subscription (unless a later date is requested by you): 

Follow-up Wellness-Checks Every 3 Months

  • Additional Wellness-Checks are automatically scheduled every 3 months from the date of your initial Wellness-Check. You will receive reminders and may self-reschedule from our website as your dates near. 

10% Multi-Vehicle Discount

  • Additional “Essential Plans” are available for yourself and family members located at the same address or location as your primary vehicle (for example your home or place of business). Discount rates are posted on our website and may change from time to time at our sole discretion.

Free Fluid Top Off

  • Your “Essential Plan” includes FREE top up service for oil, brake, engine coolant, hydraulic, windshield washer and transmission (where “dipstick” is present). Top up service is provided only at the time of your regularly scheduled “Wellness-Check”

Runner Service

  • An unlimited “Runner Service” is available to be scheduled at your convenience. This service is for picking up parts (whether as a result of our Wellness-Check or between Wellness-Checks at your request), driving your vehicle to your selected service center (including window repair, transmission repair, air conditioning service and so on). Call our office to schedule.
  • One-time fees for each separate “Runner Service” are posted on our website and may change from time to time at our sole discretion
  • “Runner Service” fees are one way. By way of example a one way service to pickup and drop off parts is $49.99 plus parts. Pickup and drop off of your vehicle to a service center is one way. Returning to pick up and deliver the verhicle is considered an additional trip and will be counted as a second “Runner Service”
  • Runner requests are only available for vehicle related items and must be for the vehicle under subscription

Emergency Jump Start Service

  • An unlimited emergency “jump start service” is available by calling our offices. 
  • One-time fees for this services are posted on our website and may change from time to time at our sole discretion
  • Emergency “jump start” service will only be provided within a 10 mile radius of your service location at no additional charge. Service outside this range is available for $1.00 per mile. Mileage is counted both ways (outside the 10 mile radius and returning to the 10 mile radius) 

Emergency Fuel Service

  • An unlimited “Emergency Fuel Service” is available by calling our offices. 
  • One-time fees for this services are posted on our website and may change from time to time at our sole discretion
  • Emergency fuel service provides a maximum of 5 gallons of fuel which will be provided at current market rates
  • “Emergency Fuel Service” will only be provided within a 10 mile radius of your service location at no additional charge (plus fuel). Service outside this range is available for $1.00 per mile Mileage is counted both ways (outside the 10 mile radius and returning to the 10 mile radius)

Light Bulb Replacement Service

    • Light bulb replacement is for brake lights, turn signals, dome lights and running lights only. We do not replace headlights, dashlights, mood lights or any other vehicle lights.
    • An unlimited “lightbulb replacement service” is available by calling our offices. 
    • Fees for this services are posted on our website and may change from time to time at our sole discretion
    • You are responsible for parts costs at the time of installation
  •   Light bulb replacement service will only be provided at your service location

Total Care Plan (Monthly Subscription)

The “Total Care Plan” is a monthly subscription that includes all components in the “Quick Check”, plus the additional benefits below. Your first Wellness-Check will be scheduled be performed no later than 10 business days from initiating your subscription (unless a later date is requested by you): 

Follow-up Wellness-Checks Every 3 Months

    • One-time fees for each separate “Runner Service” are posted on our website and may change from time to time at our sole discretion

Wiper Blade Replacement

  • A FREE once per year wiper blade replacement is available. Cost of wiper blades is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Wiper blade replacement will be done at a scheduled Wellness-Check
  • Wiper blade replacement is only available for the vehicle under subscription

Cabin Filter Replacement

  • FREE twice per year cabin filter replacement
  • The cost of the filter is included in your Total Care package
  • Filter replacement will be done at a scheduled Wellness-Check
  • Filter replacement is only available for the vehicle under subscription

Engine Filter Replacement

  • FREE twice per year engine filter replacement 
  • The cost of the filter is included in your Total Care package
  • Filter replacement will be done at a regularly scheduled Wellness-Check
  • Filter replacement is only available for vehicle under subscription

Emergency Jump Start Service

  • FREE twice per year “Emergency Jump Start Service” is available by calling our offices. 
  • Additional jump start services after your first 2 will be charged at regular rates which includes a one-time fee as posted on our website and may change from time to time at our sole discretion
  • “Emergency Jump Start Service” will only be provided within a 10 mile radius of your service location at no additional charge. Service outside this range is available for $1.00 per mile.. Mileage is counted both to the emergency service location outside the 10 mile radius and returning to the 10 mile radius 

Battery Replacement Service

  • FREE battery replacement service is performed once per year if required. You can schedule you battery replacement by calling our offices. 
  • Customer is responsible for the cost of the battery

Emergency Fuel Service

  • The Total Car Care Plan includes a FREE one-time 5 gallon emergency “fuel service”. You can make arrangements by calling our office is available by calling our offices. 
  • One-time fees for this service after your free service are posted on our website and may change from time to time at our sole discretion
  • Subsequent emergency fuel service provides a maximum of 5 gallons of fuel which will be provided at current market rates
  • Emergency fuel services will only be provided within a 10 mile radius of your service location at no additional charge. Service outside this range is available for $1.00 per mile.. Mileage is counted both to the emergency service location outside the 10 mile radius and returning to the 10 mile radius 

Light Bulb Replacement Service

  • Light bulb replacement is for brake lights, turn signals, dome lights and running lights only. We do not replace headlights, dashlights, mood lights or any other vehicle lights.
  • FREE lightbulb replacement service will be provided during regulary scheduled Wellness-Checks

Billing and Cancellation Policy

By subscribing to any of our monthly plans (including the Essential Plan or Total Care Plan), you agree to an initial three-month minimum commitment. You will be billed for the full three months even if you choose to cancel prior to the end of this initial period.

After the initial three-month term, your subscription will continue on a month-to-month basis, billed on the same calendar day you originally signed up. You may cancel your subscription at any time after the initial three-month term by providing a minimum of 30 days advance notice.

If cancellation is requested during a current billing month, services will remain active through the end of the billing cycle. No prorated refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the billing month.

Termination by Mobile Car Care

Mobile Car Care reserves the right to terminate any customer subscription plan at any time and at our sole discretion. This may include, but is not limited to, situations involving:

  • Repeated cancellations or rescheduling

  • Excessive changes to service locations

  • Missed appointments,“no-shows” or keys not being available

  • Any other behavior or recurring issues that materially impact our ability to service customers in a timely and professional manner

In such cases, customers will be notified of the termination, and services will cease as of the effective date provided in the termination notice.

No Warranties Expressed or Implied

All services provided by Mobile Car Care are offered “as-is.” We do not provide any warranties—express or implied—including, but not limited to, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Our services do not guarantee that all vehicle issues will be identified or prevented.
